Corby + Fellas specialise in Epos and Stock Control Systems for Garden Centres and have done so for the last 20 years.


We design and write all our own software and are constantly developing our systems to enable us to give our customers a competitive edge. We are unusual in the way we work, in that we offer a standard suite of software applications (ranging from Point-Of-Sale, retail management and stock control, integrated e-commerce, warehousing and distribution), which we tailor to suit the particular needs of the individual company.

Some of the features of WinRetail include:

Fully Integrated E Commerce- This would enable you to operate a single corporate  website, that would link, seamlessly, to the central head office system. Customers would be able to place orders with the security of an integrated, PCI compliant payment engine. Stock could be sourced from one or all of your stores and/or from a central distribution point. Sales figures would be updated in real time to the central database. Also, the site would offer customers the additional benefit of the  ‘Click and Collect’ option.


Accounts Interface – WinRetail integrates with a number of accounting packages, Iris Exchequer/Chorus, Dream, Open Accounts and Sage Accounts. This would allow you to operate such functions as invoice matching from a single site;  saving both time and administrative duplication, freeing staff to get on to the shop floor.

Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) – This is an add-on module which allows you to electronically exchange ‘documents’ with your suppliers, including:  purchase orders, delivery notes, invoices, etc. Thereby providing greater accuracy, more security and less bureaucracy.

Kiosk System – This feature invites customers to interact with the WinRetail system. It can used as an information point as well as a means for customers to place orders for large items that are not held in stock. This might include large/expensive items of garden furniture, garden sheds, large garden toys (e.g. climbing frames, swings etc).

Mobile Computing – WinRetail supports both standard WIFI and Picco-link terminals.  Use of hand-held portable terminals frees users to operate unfettered by the constraints of fixed PCs. They can be used for a wide range of peripatetic functions such as: price checking, producing markdown labels, reserving stock for customers, handling movements of stock between locations, stock taking, etc.
