C+F Restaurant is an application that allows waiting staff in a café or restaurant to record customer orders for food and drinks and to pass the information gathered to C&F’s WinRetail system for processing.

C+F Restaurant is ‘a closed’ application and can only be used in conjunction with C&F’s WinRetail system, which runs under the Windows operating system. It does not request or require any personal information to be provided by the user.

The application uses target devices camera to scan barcodes that hold details of food and/or drinks items ordered by the customer. The camera is only activated at the behest of the user and is not used to record any photographic images.

C+F Customer Signup is an application that allows retail customers to enter their personal information as requirement of joining the retailer’s loyalty, membership, etc scheme. In addition, the customer is asked accept/reject:

• The receipt of marketing information via various specified media.
• Their purchasing habits being captured and used for target marketing
• Their personal information being passed to a third party for marketing purposes.

C+F Customer Signup is ‘a closed’ application and can only be used in conjunction with the C+F WinRetail system, which runs under the Windows operating system. None of the data captured is stored within the application or on the ‘capturing’ device.

All the information gathered is passed, securely, to the C+F WinRetail system for storage and processing.
