Our telephone number, bank account details, etc. are all unchanged.
Please note that due to our office move, all telephone call made to 01493 658800 between 15:00 and 17:00 on Friday 1st September will be diverted to our âout of hours/weekend âservice.
This is to allow telephone engineers time to switch the service, consequently, you will be speaking to a support engineer with a mobile phone.
There will be a very slight impact on our service levels, as calls may not be answered quite as quickly as normal or you might be asked to leave a message.
We would be very grateful if could inform your staff and ask them if they could, if possible, delay their call or send an email during the 2-hour window of reduced service.
